Mix with a brush or a plastic spoon until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. Apply the cream on a dry unwashed hair. Leave on for 15 to 45 minutes. Check the progress of the bleaching reaction frequently until the desired level of lightening is achieved. Rinse thoroughly.
